Privacy policy

We collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data. Here’s exactly what we hold and why.

Anonymous questions

When you use the question box we store your question and any optional details you choose to add (topic, a nickname, an age range). We do not ask for your name, email or phone number, and we don’t save your IP address with your question. Please don’t include details that could identify you.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we store your email address and first name (if given) to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to hello@theunsolicitedhealthpodcast.com.

Contact form

Messages sent through the contact form, including your name and email, are used only to reply to you.

Where your data lives

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare’s infrastructure and are accessible only to the hosts. Cloudflare may process basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and fast.

Cookies

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers where you stopped in an episode, using local storage on your own device. YouTube videos load only when you press play.
